Ninh Binh Sightseeing and Discovery Tour

Day 1: Ninh Binh – visit Bich Dong Pagoda – Tam Coc Cave – Hoa Lu Temple. O/N in Ninh Binh (L)

Morning Activities:
At 8:00 am, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ninh Binh and take you to explore Ninh Binh.

We will hop on our bikes and start enjoying an easy cycling trip in the beautiful area of Tam Coc & Bich Dong. We will pass through many villages where you will have the opportunity to experience the beautiful scenery as well as the culture and lifestyle of the local people.

First, we will visit Bich Dong. One of the second most beautiful caves under the Southern sky after Huong Pagoda in Hanoi. After listening to the tour guide tell about Buddhism in Vietnam. Then, the next stop is the nearby Dam Khe village, located in the heart of the village. Where we have a vivid picture of the lifestyle here. The 3rd stop is the ancient village of Vietnam. All are collected from all over the countryside in the Gulf of Tonkin. But if you don’t want to cycle, our shuttle bus will take you to your destinations (missing some local spots).

Lunch at Chez Loan Restaurant – relax or play a game of pool. Chez Loan Restaurant is described as French-Vietnamese culture and is supported on Tripadvisor. During the meal, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy Ninh Binh specialties.

Afternoon Activities:
Continue the journey to Tam Coc by bamboo boat (about 2 hours on the boat). The rowing boats will take visitors through the rice fields, through 3 water caves (Hang Ca, Hang Hai, Hang Ba). This is where visitors have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the identity of this place. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.

Next is Hoa Lu Temple. The ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1009 before they moved the capital to Hanoi. But here you will visit the ancient capital thousands of decades ago. Only passing through Hoa Lu, we do not visit 02 temples, take time to follow the new activities.

Day 2: Boat trip to visit Trang An – Van Long & Hang Mua. O/n in Ninh Binh (L)

Morning Activities:
Have breakfast at the hotel. At 8:00 am, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Ninh Binh and take you to explore more about Ninh Binh

First, you will take a 2-hour boat trip to visit Trang An Cave Complex – a famous tourist attraction in Ninh Binh recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Take a boat trip to visit one of the most beautiful caves in Trang An Cave Complex.

Next, you will go to Van Long Nature Reserve, a large and beautiful natural area, admire the rice fields and limestone peaks (Can change to Thung Nham Bird Sanctuary with boat trip surcharge)

Lunch at restaurant

Afternoon Activities:
Continue to visit Mua Cave. Mua Cave and listen to interesting stories from our tour guide. You will climb 500 stone steps to the top of the cave, where you can admire the majestic view of Tam Coc Cave.
Especially Ngoa Long Mountain (Dragon Mountain) on the way to Mua Cave will give you many impressions of beautiful scenery. There is no better way to take pictures of the beautiful scenery of mountains, countryside, beautiful Ngo Dong River, etc.
